Banff, a picturesque town nestled within the heart of the Canadian Rockies, has long captivated the imaginations of both adventurers and nature lovers. Renowned for its stunning landscapes, majestic mountains, and pristine lakes, a visit to Banff is an experience that words cannot fully encompass.
As you embark on your journey to Banff, be prepared to encounter a kaleidoscope of emotions. The moment you lay your eyes upon the towering peaks of the Rockies, an overwhelming sense of awe and wonder will fill your soul. The air is crisp and refreshing, rejuvenating every cell in your body, reminding you of the beauty and grandeur of our natural world.

Cost includes ALL accommodations, meals, transportation, classes, guides, and excursions. All rooms are shared occupancy.

1. Flights
Please note that if your flight comes in after the pickup time of 3pm or gets cancelled/delayed beyond the pickup time, you will need to take a shuttle to Canmore and may miss the first nights activity. If your flight comes in so late that there are no shuttles available, we will pay for a shuttle for you the next day, but you will be responsible for your own overnight lodging. Likewise, if your flight leaves YYC before 11am on the date of departure, you will be responsible for getting and paying for your own shuttle from Canmore to YYC.
2. Alcoholic Beverages (We will cover the alcoholic beverages that will be supplied at our home base)
3. Extra snacks or other items that you wish to purchase for yourself/others such as an extra coffee/tea while we’re out and about. This also includes things such as souvenirs.
4. If you are really pleased with your guides, we always encourage tipping. This is not mandatory.

Due to the activities, we recommend that you be able to tolerate physical activities such as moderate hiking at elevation. Please review all activities on the itinerary. Please note that if you would like to skip an activity, that is ok! Just let us know.
Day One: Fly into Calgary International Airport (YYC). Please arrive by 3pm. We will do group pick-up at that time and head to our homebase in Canmore. Once settled in Canmore we will have dinner and go out for a sunset hike at Vermillion Lakes.
Day Two: We will take the Banff Gondola up above the mountains for sunrise. Afterward, we will go to historic, downtown Banff and you will have the opportunity to shop and sightsee at your leisure. After enjoying the city, we will head to Johnston Canyon and hike the short, beautiful hike.
Day Three: An early wake up will take us to Moraine Lake before sunrise. After this incredible experience, we will head over to Yoho National Park to visit the iconic locations this park is known for. In the evening, we will have a Yin Yoga and Meditation Session.
Day Four: We will have another early morning heading to the famous Lake Louise. We will take the canoes out and explore the lake and the shoreline. Afterward we will hike to the Lake Agnes Teahouse up in the Canadian Rockies. You will have the option to purchase tea or snacks if you choose. We will enjoy an afternoon eating lunch lake-side while soaking in the energy of this beautiful place. This evening we will be having our Mindset and Empowerment class.
Day Five: We will visit the Banff Hot Springs. After our relaxing morning, gear up… we’re going to the Mount Norquay via ferrata. Don’t worry this is a very safe activity. Upon return home we will have dinner and purposeful journaling.
Day Six: We will depart from our home base in Canmore and head to the Calgary International Airport with an arrival time at the airport TBD depending on the majority of flights. Please try to have your flight leave after 12:30pm if possible.
