Nestled amidst the stunning red rocks of Arizona, Sedona holds a serene and mystical allure that captivates explorers from all walks of life. This vibrant desert town, known for its natural beauty and spiritual energy, offers a soul-stirring adventure for those seeking rejuvenation and connection with nature.
One cannot fully comprehend the enchantment of Sedona without experiencing its iconic red rock formations. Majestic and awe-inspiring, these towering sandstone monoliths create a breathtaking backdrop that seems straight out of a painting. As the sun casts its golden rays upon the rocks, their colors intensify, resulting in a kaleidoscope of red, orange, and pink hues that seems almost surreal.

Our women’s group trips provide an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and nature, while discovering beautiful destinations. The trips provide the ability to share monumental experiences with other inspirational women, allowing you to create a sisterhood you will carry with you for the rest of your life!

November 12th-16th, 2023 (5 days/ 4 nights)
The full price of this trip is $1950. This is all inclusive with the exception of flights and transport to/from Sedona if you are flying in. Watch for sales on full price tickets- many times we will offer a discount if you pay in full.
We also have a half pay option, which is $975. To pay the other half, come back to this retreat post prior to 90 days before the retreat. Full payment must be made 90 days prior to travel.
The third payment option is to pay a $500 deposit to hold your spot. The remainder of the deposit is another option on the drop down menu. To pay the balance you must come back to this retreat post prior to 90 days before the retreat. Full payment is due 90 days before the retreat.
Cost includes ALL accommodations, meals, transportation once in Sedona, classes, guides, and excursions. All rooms are shared occupancy. You will be responsible for your own flights, and the cost of the flight is NOT included.
Flights
For this retreat we will require you to provide transportation to/from Sedona. Many people choose to drive rather than fly or take the shuttle from Phoenix. However, once you are in Sedona, we will provide transportation to all activities. Should you want to carpool with someone else at the retreat, let us know and we can help coordinate.
Alcholic Beverages (We will cover the alcoholic beverages that will be supplied at our home base)

Due to the activities, we recommend that you be able to tolerate physical activities such as moderate hiking. Please review all activities on the itinerary. Please note that if you would like to skip an activity, that is ok! Just let us know.

Day One: Welcome!

Drive to Sedona if local or fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). Sedona is about 2 hours from the airport so you have a couple options. We recommend a shared rental car with other retreaters (reach out to us and we will get you set up), but you also have the option to take a shuttle or the bus. Please arrive by 3pm. We will have an opening ceremony to get to know one another. We will have dinner and go out for a sunset hike at Red Rock Crossing.

Day Two: We will prepare to go on an unforgettable, sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride finished off by a champagne toast. Following this expansive and high level perspective gliding through Mother Nature we will have breakfast. After such an amazing experience we will spend the afternoon creating your very own piece of hand made jewelry. We will be putting our intentions, prayers and manifestations into a Mala created with beads of your choosing. Then in the evening we will set off for a sunset hike to the iconic vortex, Cathedral Rock. Get your energy and your camera ready!

Day Three: We’re taking our morning movement practice outside and onsite. We’re hiking the Bell Rock Trail and landing at one of the well known vortexes where we will have a gentle yoga flow full of gratitude and grounding. Let’s continue to tap into the Vortexes of Sedona and head to Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park which is a Buddhist Temple for reflection, journaling and time for intention setting. We will end the evening with an outdoor dinner overlooking the postcard-worthy landscapes, followed by a sound bath and guided meditation.

Day Four: An early wake up will take us to Devil’s Bridge before sunrise. This is a crowd favorite in Sedona! After enjoying the spectacular views we will eat breakfast. After our incredible morning, gear up… we’re going off roading. Get ready to explore the gorgeous backcountry of Sedona to some epic views, heritage sites, and vortexes. Come home for a relaxing Yin Yoga session.

Day Five: On our last morning/afternoon together we will go to downtown Sedona to the Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village and you will have the opportunity to shop and sightsee at your leisure. We will meet back up for an optional lunch together (at your own expense). Please plan for your shuttle to depart to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) after lunch.

*If your flight home is later in the day or you are extending your stay, please plan accordingly. We are not responsible for any activities beyond Airbnb checkout on the final day.
